Our Services are provided on a monthly or yearly basis as per the requirement of the user that pays for the service. The user’s subscription will continue for the period covered by the subscription fee paid or payable. Being a user and an administrator, you may review all the details of services of the subscription purchased by you as some subscriptions provide access to one service and others provide access to more than one service. At the end of each billing period, the terms of services will be automatically continued if the user pays for further service.
A user can also choose to discontinue the plan by clicking on the “CANCEL“ option under the billing page in the user's account. Users must pay fees up to the full duration for the user who has subscribed.
Your services at Steady Count start the time of your acceptance on our terms. The billing for this subscription shall start with the subscription. You agree to start using the Steadycount Software with this acceptance and Steadycount shall start billing for the subscription from the day of acceptance.
Steady Count currently offers multiple types of plans with different features and fees structures with the option to add on multiple services chosen by the user in exchange for additional fees. Before users may begin to use our services, users will be asked to choose a plan under the pricing section. Users are requested to change the plan from the platform.
If the user opts to upgrade their current plan to a more expensive plan i.e (“New Upgrade Plan”), then such changes will be made immediately, and the User will get access to new features and services under the New Upgrade Plan available at the time of Upgrade. The fee schedule of the New Upgrade Plan will remain the same for the time duration for which the user upgraded.
On the other hand, if the user wishes to change their current plan to a less expensive plan (“Downgrade Plan”), then the Downgrade plan won’t be executed unless the duration of the current plan is completed. Users will still receive access to the features and services available with the User’s Current Plan until the end of the current plan’s duration.
After being able to Successfully downgrade the plan the user may lose access to some additional features which were provided in their current plan. The fees structure will be applied to the user's plan charge till the duration chosen.
You can terminate or cancel your plan at any time but, no further subscription fees will be billed and no refund will be made of any subscription fees already billed and paid. Steady Count does not promise to refund the fees paid by the user during the termination of any service.
We as an organization have full right to discontinue some or every service that we provide in case of any action like due payment for the service.
Personal Data that is been provided by you is managed by SteadyCount’s Privacy Policy Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and all other applicable laws related to personal data.
Continue use of our service means you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. We may have a collection of records such as the date, time and duration of your visit to the SteadyCount website (the “Website”) as well as your IP address. We take all the necessary actions to ensure that your personal data is protected, though the third-party cookie can be accessible on your devices.
Users will be solely responsible for maintaining username, password and other sensitive information. You are responsible for all electronic communications, including those containing business information, account registration, account holder information, financial information, customer data, and all other data SteadyCount is in no way responsible for any loss or damage to you or any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of your Account, or otherwise.
SteadyCount has full authority to impose any kind of charges or modify the fees. Prices, payment terms and currency will be briefly explained in the Agreement. If the user does not want to continue the service due to fees modifications then we have full rights to cease the facility to provide our services.
Using our services symbolizes that you agree on the term of not spamming and harming SteadyCount by doing any kind of illegal activities or providing the material that is abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, contains viruses, etc... You agree not to use the Services for the transmission of “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters”, or unsolicited mass distribution of email.
